Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time; this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

Incorrect Addresses
